Do you offer local pickup?

Yes, if you are located in Santa Fe, New Mexico, I will reach out to arrange your pickup after receiving your order. You will be charged for shipping, but then refunded!

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time, but if you are really in love with something, please reach out and we can see how to get it to you.

Shipping prices?

When you make your purchase, there is a shipping fee based on size and weight of the item/s you chose.

If you place multiple separate orders, I will consolidate them for shipping and refund you any excessive fees.

Shipping prices have recently gone up, I’m sorry that this is just how much it costs to ship beautiful handmade pottery all over the country!

Where is my order?

After placing your order through my website, I will pack it and ship it to you via USPS Priority Mail within the next 5 business days. When you order is handed off to the postal service, you will receive an email with your tracking information. If you have been waiting for more than 5 days and have not received shipping confirmation, please don’t be shy about getting in touch.

Are these dishwasher and microwave safe?

Everything I have for sale, unless otherwise noted, is dishwasher, microwave, and food safe. This being said, sometimes handmade functional art deserves a little extra care like hand washing.

Do you do commissions?

If you have an idea or see something you want more of, please get in touch with me on my contact page.

Do you take returns?

No returns. Please be sure about your purchase and respect the time it takes to make, promote, sell, pack, and ship each and every handmade piece.
